All units are family friendly - we do not rent to
vacationing college students, chaperoned groups or young adults under the age of
25. This policy is strictly enforced. Stated maximum occupancy for each
unit includes
adults, children, toddlers & infants.
A note about our rates:
We realize that we do not rent
for the lowest rates - but remember, "buyer beware" - you may get a wonderful
place for a small or significantly lower price (it occasionally happens), or you
may get a poorly maintained dump (this too happens, and unfortunately is more
likely than not).
We feel our standards are very high - we
hope it shows in the decor, etc. Our properties lack nothing and they never suffer
from a lack of maintenance (an often overlooked necessity for any beach
property). We take each unit “offline” twice each year to
inventory and replace missing or worn out items, to perform a “deep cleaning”
(carpets, upholstery, etc.) and to verify everything meets our high
standards. When you stay with us, you will see that we do not “skimp” on the
details and we do not misrepresent our properties. What you see is exactly what
you'll get.
We acknowledge that our methods and pricing may not be for everyone. But we do want to
express that we understand that you have choices and encourage you to make
whatever choice you feel is best for you. If you choose to become our guest,
great! If not, we hope that whatever you choose, you have a safe, fun and
memorable vacation. Our beaches are a wonderful treasure and some of your
favorite memories will be made here.
