Age requirement and occupancy maximum is verified during your stay.   A note about our rates: We realize that we do not rent for the lowest rates - but remember, "buyer beware" - you may get a wonderful place for a small or significantly lower price (it occasionally happens), or you may get a poorly maintained dump (this too happens, and unfortunately is more likely than not). Our goal is to create the best and most comfortable places to stay. We feel our standards are very high - we hope it shows in the decor, etc. Our places lack nothing and they never suffer from a lack of maintenance (an often overlooked necessity for any beach property). We take each unit “offline” for at least 2 weeks each year to inventory and replace missing or worn out items, to perform a “deep cleaning” (carpets, upholstery, etc.)  and to verify everything meets our high standards. When you stay with us, you will see that we do not “skimp” on the details and we do not misrepresent our properties. What you see is exactly what you'll get. We realize our methods and pricing may not be for everyone. But we do want to express that we understand that you have choices and encourage you to make whatever choice you feel is best for you.
