Please take a moment to read on and find out a little bit about us. What we are NOT, is a large management company with dozens of properties. We are a husband (Norton) and wife (Debi) who took a vacation to the beautiful Emerald Coast of Florida and decided to share the experience with others. We have been offering vacation rentals since 1999 and currently have eight properties that are located in the Seagrove Beach area of the Panhandle. We chose this area because we wanted to be away from all the hustle and bustle, commercialization and overcrowded beaches that are in Destin and Panama City. Our units are not the standard “bare bones” rental units, which most people have become accustomed to. We have furnished our units for our own personal enjoyment, ensuring everything you may need has already been thought of. In case the weather keeps you inside, we have decorated the units with bright colors and regional art. (No white walls here!) We maintain exceptionally clean units with thick fluffy towels; soft, smooth sheets; fully equipped kitchens with new, modern appliances; and provide books, games, puzzles, children's videos, and free high speed wireless Internet (in case you just HAVE to stay in touch with the office).

We realize that we do not rent for the lowest rates - but remember, "buyer beware" - you may get a wonderful place for a small or significantly lower price (it occasionally happens), or you may get a poorly maintained dump (this too happens, and unfortunately is more likely than not). Our goal is to create the best and most comfortable places to stay. We feel our standards are very high - we hope it shows in the decor, etc. Our places lack nothing and they never suffer from a lack of maintenance (an often overlooked necessity for any beach property). We take each unit “offline” twice each year to inventory and replace missing or worn out items, to perform a “deep cleaning” (carpets, upholstery, etc.)  and to verify everything meets our high standards. When you stay with us, you will see that we do not “skimp” on the details and we do not misrepresent our properties. What you see is exactly what you'll get.

When you compare properties and rates, be sure to also compare amenities. Keep in mind that although they both may be a chocolate bar, you pay more for Godiva than Hersheys.
We acknowledge that our methods and pricing may not be for everyone. But we do want to express that we understand that you have choices and encourage you to make whatever choice you feel is best for you. If you choose to become our guest, great! If not, we hope that whatever you choose, you have a safe, fun and memorable vacation. Our beaches are a wonderful treasure and some of your favorite memories will be made here.
