Welcome to Big Thunder Properties

Please take a moment to read on and find out a little bit about us. What we are NOT, is a large management company with dozens of properties. We are a husband (Norton) and wife (Debi) who took a vacation to the beautiful Emerald Coast of Florida and decided to share the experience with others. We own and operate six properties that are located in the Seagrove Beach area of the Panhandle. We chose this area because we wanted to be away from all the hustle and bustle, commercialization and overcrowded beaches that are in Destin and Panama City. Our units are not the standard “bare bones” rental units, which most people have become accustomed to. We have furnished our units for our own personal enjoyment, ensuring everything you may need has already been thought of. In case the weather keeps you inside, we have decorated the units with bright colors and regional art. (No white walls here!) We maintain exceptionally clean units with thick fluffy towels; soft, smooth sheets; fully equipped kitchens with new, modern appliances; and provide books, games, puzzles, children's videos, and Internet access (in case you just HAVE to stay in touch with the office).
