Location, Location, Location! This beautiful Townhome, professionally decorated in a casual West Indies Theme, is literally just 30 steps from the gorgeous sugar white sand and crystal clear waters of Seagrove Beach. There's a gorgeous view from almost every room in the unit (living room, dining room, kitchen & master bedroom). The Townhome offers 2 covered balconies, one off the main living area and the other off the master suite, both with tables and chairs where you can enjoy morning coffee, afternoon refreshments and fantastic sunset views! Stay in bed, kick back on the sofa or sit on one of the balconies and watch the dolphins play, the sun glistening off the ocean and boats go by.

On the upper level is the master suite with a king bed, flat screen cable TV, private bath with double vanities and private balcony overlooking the emerald green waters of the Gulf. The second bedroom has 2 full beds, flat screen cable TV and private bath. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room allows this unit to comfortably accommodate up to 6.

This 2 bedroom Townhome offers all the amenities you deserve & expect, with the privacy you need on a vacation (located in a building with only 6 units and privacy screening between each unit). Our recent make-over (Sept 2011) includes top-of-the-line furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and all the conveniences of home (full size Refrigerator/Freezer w/ice maker, electric oven, microwave oven, coffee machine, blender, toaster, dishwasher, all pots, pans, dishware & utensils provided...even a crock pot). There's a separate dining area, hardwood floors on the main level & carpeted floors in the bedrooms. The bathrooms have ceramic tile floors, granite vanities and upgraded fixtures. The living room has cable TV, a DVD player and stereo/ CD player. A full size washer/dryer and free High Speed Wireless Internet are included and central A/C with ceiling fans in each room will make your stay comfortable.
All bed linens and towels are provided and be sure to pack lightly because we also provide, beach chairs, umbrellas, floats, boogie boards, sand toys and even beach towels.
There's a convenient outside shower located in your private carport, which has covered parking for 2 vehicles.
