This 2 bedroom 2½ bath Townhouse, which sleeps 8, has plenty of space for a large family or two couples to share. The entire townhouse has been remodeled with new tile, carpet, paint, wallpaper, plumbing & electrical fixtures; as well as all new furniture and furnishings throughout.

The main level consists of a bright and sunny new kitchen with new counters and cabinets, lots and lots of storage space, all new appliances - microwave, flat top stove (electric), self-cleaning oven (electric), dishwasher, extra deep double sink with disposal, & a large full size refrigerator/freezer with ice maker. The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with everything you'll need during your stay including: coffee maker, ice tea maker, blender, double toaster (with bagel-sized slots), electric can opener, electric knife, electric mixer, crock pot, storage containers, all utensils, dishes, glassware, cookware and much more. The dining room has a large table with seating for 6 plus 3 bar stools located at the breakfast bar. There's even a beautiful ocean view from the kitchen to gaze at as you're doing "the chores". Among the new furniture in the large, colorful living room is a queen size sleeper sofa, 27" color TV, VCR, DVD, Stereo-CD/Cassette player, ceiling fan, adult & children books, children's videos, games and puzzles - just in case the weather keeps you inside. Also located on the main level is a whimsically decorated half bath.

On the upper level is a guest bedroom, which is furnished with 2 double beds. Decorated in a fun nautical theme and equipped with a 20" color TV (front A/V input jacks for game systems) and VCR, clock radio/alarm, phone, ceiling fan and new plantation blinds. There is a full bath and large linen/storage closet located in the hall just outside the guest bedroom. The master bedroom, decorated in a funky fish theme, is furnished with a king size bed and has an adjoining private full bath. The master is equipped with a 20" color TV, DVD, clock radio/alarm, phone, ceiling fan and new vertical blinds. Enjoy a stunning, unobstructed beach/ocean view as you lounge in bed, gaze at the stars, or listen to the gentle sound of the surf. Other amenities include: Central A/C, dial-up Internet connection, full size washer/dryer, covered parking for two vehicles, plus ample extra parking for additional vehicles or watercraft. We also furnish beach chairs, umbrella's, a large cooler and a beach bag for the "stuff".
