If you’re coming to the beach to have fun and relax, then this is the place to start. This spacious townhome is located on the East side of Eastern Lake, in a quiet residential area of Seagrove Beach and just 3.5 miles from Seaside.  Unlike many areas in Seagrove, there are no steps down to the sand from the beach access....a flat 100 feet to the beach. With plenty of room for up to 8, this 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome has been remodeled in an elegant and comfortable West Indies theme. Start your day with coffee at the outside deck table and watch the suns rays shimmer across crystal clear water and sugar white sand. Or lounge in the king master bed and watch the dolphins swim by.

When its time to head to the beach, we’ve provided beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, floats, toys, and even coolers so all you'll need is sunscreen and a camera.  Need to unwind after a long day at the beach? Have a cool drink on the deck and watch gorgeous sunsets or gaze at the stars as they sparkel over the ocean.

Main level:

Living Room with ceiling fan, color TV, DVD, CD player, queen sleeper sofa.

Half Bath, Dining Room, Kitchen with Full size Refrigerator/Freezer w/ice maker, electric oven, microwave oven, coffee machine, blender, toaster, electric can opener, dishwasher. All pots, pans, dishware, utensils provided.

Upper Level:

Master Bedroom with a king bed, ceiling fan, color TV, DVD, alarm clock, CD player; Private Master Bath.

Second Bedroom with 2 double beds, ceiling fan,  color TV, DVD, alarm clock, phone.

Full size 2nd Bath.

Full size washer & dryer. Internet access is provided through dial-up, but you'll have to bring your own computer.

Just in case the weather keeps you inside, we've provided books, puzzels, and games to keep you occupied. There's a charcoal grill located just outside your door to cook that fresh fish you caught off the beach earlier in the day.
