Furnished with table and chairs so you can enjoy gorgeous sunrises or morning coffee as you watch dolphins play and then relax with afternoon refreshments and experience stunning sunsets over the Gulf. This unit is located directly on a private beach (no public access), in the heart of Seagrove Beach, less than one mile from picturesque Seaside, and walking distance to shopping and restaurants.  A complimentary beach setup (2 lounge chairs & 1 umbrella) waits for you just outside your door (beach chair service is available March-October) and the gulf front pool (heated Nov-May) provides a change of pace while using the gas grills and picnic area. For your convenience, we even provide beach towels. All bed & bath linens are provided, as well as a fully equipped kitchen (large and roomy with plenty of counter space and a full size pantry). Full size refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, stove (electric), microwave, disposal, coffee maker, ice tea maker, blender, toaster, hand mixer, electric knife, crock pot, all utensils and cookware are provided for your use. This unit has a FULL size washer & dryer (not a stack unit), iron & ironing board, ceiling fans in all rooms (and of course, central A/C). A 40" LCD HDTV with Blu-ray DVD player (connected to high defination cable) in the living room, 20" TV w/ DVD in the master bedroom, stereo, CD player,  games, puzzles, children's video's, & books (adult & children). There is a third 20" TV and DVD/VCR in the 2nd bedroom which is provided in order to connect your game system and watch movies. High Speed Wireless Internet is provided free of charge, just in case your vacation requires you to stay in touch with the office! (sorry, you'll have to bring your own computer J)
