The beach is less than 50 ft. away at the end of the board walk and because this is a private beach, you'll have plenty of space without crowds preventing you from spreading out. This townhouse features a gorgeous gulf view, with some of the most stunning sunsets ever. You won't believe the stars at night - thousands of bright twinkling dots lighting up the sky (a sight seldom seen in the city due to all the city lights). It's not unusual to witness several shooting stars each night and on most evenings the Milky Way and dozens of constellations are clearly visible! Mornings are a great time to enjoy a leisurely cup of coffee or something cool to drink and watch the dolphins play as you relax on one of two decks looking out over the Gulf of Mexico. Or stay in bed and gaze at the crystal clear waters of the Gulf (the master bed faces the ocean) as you plan your day.


This Non-Smoking townhouse is part of the secluded small complex of 7 Palms (just 7 units...thus the name 7 Palms, - formerly Ramsgate Townhomes) and south of scenic Highway 30-A - on a private stretch of the Emerald Coast.  As one of 13 beaches that make up the area, Seacrest Beach is situated between Rosemary Beach & Seagrove Beach and on a larger scale, halfway between Destin and Panama City Beach. Only minutes from Seagrove, Seaside, Watercolor, Watersound, Santa Rosa, Grayton, and Rosemary Beaches for golf, shopping, restaurants, and fun for all..

Seacrest Beach is a fantastic area - close to all the restaurants, shopping, and activities of the beach. Yet this townhome is located away from all traffic and crowds; so it's perfect for relaxation, fun family activities, and water-sports! Enjoy sunning, fishing, swimming, crabbing, sailing, bike riding, or just taking it easy. You name it - it's here to do! Or not - it's up to you!

The townhouse is located close to Deer Park; so you'll have over two miles of empty and undeveloped beaches - and pristine dunes directly to the west. The area is perfect for morning walks and wonderful quiet time. No high-rise buildings and no chaos. Only the sound of the surf every night.

 

For those unfamiliar with this part of the Florida Panhandle, the beaches of 30-A are known as the Emerald Coast because of their unique clear-to-turquoise waters and sugar-white sand. The water is so clear you can see your toes wiggle and the sand is so clean it squeaks as you walk across it.

The area is also known for its natural beauty, the lack of high-rise condos, and a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere. There is no over-commercialization here.

 

Walk out the door and you're ready for fun. Fish right from the beach. Rent bikes; go for a swim; or raft in the waves. Or wander along the beach and enjoy the view. Just bring plenty of sunscreen! Just off the living room deck is a park-like backyard with a huge bocci ball court/sandbox and BBQ grills to cook that fresh fish you caught earlier in the day.


The motif is a bright Caribbean-style, with lots of color - just right for the beach! Also included are beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, a cooler, and beach toys for kids. So all you need to bring is family, friends, food, drink, and a desire to enjoy the vacation of a lifetime.

There's a king bed in the master with a comfy pillow top mattress, bunk beds in the 2nd bedroom with a full-size mattress on the bottom and twin on the top, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room to accommodate up to a maximum of 6 in this unit.

 

Remember, you're on vacation, but in case you just have to check emails or stay in touch with the office, we've also provided free wireless high speed Internet.
